Cancellation / Late Policy

Please arrive ten minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to ensure a full session. If you are late that time will come off of the service time, unless special accommodations have been made. Appointments are reserved expressly for you. Honor yourself, this is your time.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

In the event that you late without notification within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a no-show and the service amount will be charged. We value your time and ours. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 72 hours preceding your appointment. In the event of a late cancellation/no show, clients are responsible for paying 100% of the appointment. If we are able to replace the appointment with a client on the waitlist, we are happy to waive the fee.
