Certified Massage Therapist
Elia's work is rooted in an integrative approach to bodywork and somatic healing.
Drawing from her background in dance, intuitive movement and holistic wellness, she works with the body as an interconnected system while honoring both its physical structure and subtler rhythms.
Her training includes Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, prenatal massage, Thai massage, Shiatsu and energy-based practices. Rather than applying the same sequence to every client, Elia thoughtfully adapts each treatment to the person on her table.
Her intention is to create a grounded, nurturing environment where the body has space to soften, release tension and reconnect with a greater sense of ease and awareness.
